COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

As of March 30, 2021

In accordance with updates to Provincial Health orders delivered on March 30th, Strength in 2 Fitness will only be offering personal training as well as open gym times.  Open-gym times will have a capacity of 12 people (6 indoors, 6 outdoors). While indoors, masks must be worn at all times and you must remain in your workout zones.

Strength in 2 Fitness is committed to the health of our members and staff, so in coordination with Island Health and WorkSafeBC please adhere to all posted signs and protocols including the following:

  • Do not enter if you are sick, experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with a person who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms. 

  • Arrive no earlier  than 5 minutes before your scheduled class or appointment.

  • Please wear a mask when indoors at all times.

  • Sanitize your hand upon entering the studio.

  • Sanitize equipment after use with your provided personal sanitizing solution. 

  • Stay in your 6ft workout zone.

  • Be kind to everyone, stay healthy, and stay positive.

Thank you to our amazing community for your continued support through these ever-changing times.  We understand the need for everyone to have a safe and positive atmosphere while still getting a kick-ass workout.  We will do our best to accommodate  everyone as best we can.
