Strength in 2 Fitness is OPEN
First and foremost our goal at strength in 2 fitness is to keep us all healthy. I assure you we are doing our part - cleaning lots, before and after classes as well as coming up with workouts using less equipment and outdoor bootcamp options. We will continue to look after all our members.
Here’s a few tips you can do to help us as well:
1. If you’re feeling sick - fever, coughing etc or have been in contact with anyone who has been in contact with anyone who has had COVID -19 please stay home and look after your.selves
2. Wash your hands before and after your workouts.
3. Wipe down equipment you use during the workout (just so we don't miss anything).
4. Try to space yourselves out during workouts.
We are very dedicated in helping all of you stay on track - so for those of you who need to stay home we will have at-home workouts for you.
Starting this week we will be moving some bootcamps outdoors (If you don't hear from us, the workout will be at the gym). Please check our Facebook page or here for time and locations for outdoor bootcamps. Our Spring Break schedule is still in effect, some of them might be in different locations.
As we get updates from health authorities, we will update you on our plans. In the worst case scenario that we have to shut our doors, we will continue to workout you out through live videos and/or online workouts.
Over the course of the next few weeks we really appreciate all your continue participation and support as we rely on our members to keep our doors open. You all are an amazing fitness family and we are so lucky to have you. Let's stay fit and healthy!
