6-Weeks of Real Change for
I have never stuck with any type of fitness class this long in my life. I’ve now been a member of Sin2Fitness for 5 years??? I think. I still enjoy the classes and find them motivating but most importantly I see results. I’ve never been so strong or had such muscle definition. When I started I couldn’t do one pull-up and I used the smallest weights possible for everything and now that is definitely not the case. We are always challenging each other to go heavier and do more reps. I love the trainers, the members and the whole vibe.
I joined the Strength in 2 Fitness on-line group last fall. Stacy is an amazing motivator - her video pep talks were inspirational & kept me going. The workouts with Stacy, Audra, Dan were great - I felt like they were talking directly to me, & pushing me to become a better me. These workouts are geared to all fitness levels & abilities, so age really doesn't matter.
I have zero motivation and have tried and failed at other fitness avenues on a few occasions. I have been going to Strength in 2 Fitness for a year and a half and for me that's something!! The trainers are great and it's nice to be around a community that is supportive. I go to the 6am class so there has to be something special about this place to get me up at that time
