Strength in 2 fitness boot camps encompasses a variety of different fitness regimes. Our classes are designed to give you a full body workout, building strength and endurance, while at the same time burning body fat!
Our goal, is to provide a unique experience allowing clients of all fitness levels to workout to their own level, working towards their own specific goals while in a group setting.
PERSONAL TRAINING
