As one of Victoria’s very first outdoor boot camp groups, we are ready to show you what if’s all about. It’s a head to toe workout, get ready to sweat. Our workouts have been designed to fit the needs of all fitness levels!
Our outdoor boot camps will consist of circuit training, body weight movements, interval training, core strengthening and flexibility . There will be components of running - but please know if running isn’t your thing - it’s all good shift gears and move into power walking!
