Strength In Fitness is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals!  Our first priority is helping you feel
comfortable in your surroundings, getting you set up on the proper fitness
program and making sure you will see results!

Our programs
include:

New U – BIGGEST WINNER– To join this group you
must have 30 or more pounds to lose and be able to commit to 3 days a week of
exercise and a weekly group meeting!  The
last New “U” group clients lost on average 25lbs
and 29 inches over 12 weeks…..LET IT BE YOUR TURN!!!!!

 New U Nutritional and Lifestyle Meetings  Thursday’s at– 7:40pm – 8:40pm

Learn the tips and tools to live a healthy lifestyle and
lose weight…..do it all without dieting!

BOOT CAMPS

Early Bird Boot
Camp
– Tuesday and Thursday
mornings 6-7am
– Start your day with exercise…..rev up your
metabolism and start your day right!  No
more excuses GET IT DONE!

Lunch Time Boot
Camps –   Mon & Friday at 12 –
12:45pm
– Get your workout done in the middle of your day!  You won’t have to worry about getting it done
after work…..and you’ll have tons of energy to go back and finish your work
day!  (We do have showers and washrooms
available to change in)

Monday and Wed
nights 6pm-7pm –
Ok ladies and gents this class is intense!  With a variety of workouts…changing
weekly…involving…cardio boxing, muscle conditioning, core and anaerobic
training all put together in a boot camp style workout!!!  Be ready to work!!!!

50 Plus Boot Camp Tuesday
6pm – 7pm  and Thursday nights
5:30-6:30pm

If you are a beginner to exercise, have 30 or more lbs to
lose/have reoccurring injuries or you are 50 years of age or older this boot
camp is for you!  This program has been
designed to help you feel good about making healthy choices and have fun while
doing it!  Don’t be fooled
though……you will be worked J

Thursday nights
6:30pm-7:30pm

You will be pushed….but to your level……This class if
for all levels of fitness!  From the
beginner to the experience fitness guru!!!
Feel safe in your environment, learn the tools needed to work out safely
while getting the results you want!!!!

Men’s Only Boot
Camp –Wed at 7:30pm and Saturday mornings 8am

After many requests for men to have their own class…..here
it is….This class was designed to push you all to your OWN level…no
competition here!  Injuries or no
injuries….the workout can be completely scaled down or up to your fitness
level……no more excuses..Make it happen!

CARDIO AND CORE CAMPS!!!!

Tuesday night Core
Boot Camp 7:15-8:15pm

Strengthen your core, reduce inches around your waist and
get a fantastic workout while doing it!

Boxing Boot Camp –
Thursday’s at 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Get ready to burn some calories in this workout!  Boxing Boot Camp will burn a ton of calories,
burn body fat and tone the entire body!
You’ll need water for this one!

Sample Sizzler Class
– Saturday Mornings at 9:00am –
You can’t get board in this class!  Between Boxing, kettle bells and boot camp we
keep you moving!  This is a fun and fast
moving workout!  You will love this
class; it’s a great way to start off your weekend!

RUNNING CAMPS

Saturday 8:30am
– Our Running camps are for everyone….we want the people who said they never
could to the client looking to do his or her first 10km, ½ marathon or marathon…our
coaches are here to help athletes of all level….our program will be designed
to help you reach your INDIVIDAUL goals

SPINNING CLASSES (starting in Dec)

Early Bird Spin
Classes – Monday and Wed mornings 6am-6:45am –
What a way to start your
week !!!  fit your fitness in first thing
in the morning…get it done then you don’t have to think about it….burn a
ton of calories and have fun and go to work with energy J

Late Night Spin –
Tuesday 7:15pm – 8:15pm
– That’s right…a class for those who have to
work late and can never make it to class….peddle the stresses of work
away….this low impact HIGH calorie burning workout will help you to decrease
stress and burn fat at the same time…it’s a WIN-WIN.

Lunch Time Spin
Class
– Wed at 12 noon  – Get your spin workout in right in the
middle of your day!  Peddle the stresses
of life away…go back to work refreshed and full of energy !

Rev Up Your Weekend– SPIN CLASSES
10am-11am –
Start
your Saturday right…..come try a high calorie, bum busting workout…..you
will get a mix of spin, muscle conditioning and stretching at the end…this
well rounded class will give you everything you need!
